We guarantee the puppies to be full blooded Boston Terrier, able to register with AKC, of whom we are in good standing. Our family has made every effort to supply you with a healthy, quality puppy. We guarantee all shots and de-worming are current. The puppy is pet quality. We offer no guarantee that this puppy could or could not have faults which could make it unsuitable for showing or breeding. It is the buyers responsibility to take this puppy to their licensed vet within 48 hours of taking possession of the puppy. If possession occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, tshe buyer shall have another 24 hours to have puppy examined. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect or health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy or a purchase price refund will be given, the choice of the breeder. This is provided the buyer contacts Whiskey Creek Bostons within 24 hours of exam. The puppy will be promptly returned to Whiskey Creek Bostons with a signed staement from the vet stating the defect or problem. All documents given at time of purchase must be returned with the puppy. Whiskey Creek will send another puppy or a refund upon verification of the problem by OUR LICENSED VET. Whiskey Creek Bosotons will not be responsible for illness or health proablems which are diagnosed after this 48 hour period. We will NOT be respnsilbe for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 48 hours of sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be transmitted immediately after leaving the breeder Whiskey Creek Bostons furthers guarantees the puppy for it's first 6 months of life to be free from any life-threatening congenital defects. We will replace the puppy with another if this occurs. Replacement will be with the first available puppy of equal quality and sex. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. under no circumstances will Whiskey Creek Bostons be responisble for vet or medical bills incurred.
